How the 21days Community Challenge Works

Here's exactly how to use this site to participate in and track your 21days Community Challenge:

  1. Step 1: Sign Up & Commit

    Create your account on `21days.community`. This action, combined with completing the payment, enrolls you in the 21days Community Challenge. Your Day 1 begins after successful signup and when you explicitly click a "Start Now" button on your dashboard.

  2. Step 2: Access Your Daily Dashboard

    Log in each day to view your personal challenge dashboard. It will clearly display which day of the challenge you are currently on (e.g., "Day 1 of 21").

  3. Step 3: Complete Your 6 Daily Tasks

    Throughout the day, perform all 6 required tasks for the 21days Community Challenge:

    • Strict adherence to your chosen diet (no cheats).
    • Two separate workouts (minimum 30 minutes each, one MUST be outdoors, weather/safety permitting).
    • Drink one full gallon (3.7 liters) of plain water.
    • Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book (physical book preferred).
    • Quit any addiction (alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, p*rn, etc.).
    • Take a daily progress photo and upload it to your dashboard.
  4. Step 4: Track Tasks on the Dashboard

    As you complete each of the 6 tasks during the day, check it off on your dashboard's checklist for the current day. This helps you stay organized and visually track completion.

  5. Step 5: Mark Your Day Complete (CRITICAL STEP)

    ONLY AFTER completing ALL 6 tasks for the day, you must click the "Mark Day Complete" button on your dashboard. This action must be taken before the day officially ends (e.g., before midnight in your local time, based on platform settings).

    Marking the day complete confirms your success for that day and advances your progress tracker to the next day when it begins.

  6. Step 6: The "Zero Compromise" Reset Rule

    This is the absolute core of the challenge's accountability mechanism. If you fail to complete ANY ONE of the 6 tasks before the day ends, DO NOT click "Mark Day Complete."

    You must acknowledge the missed day/tasks honestly within the platform. The system will then guide you to reset your challenge progress back to Day 1. Your dashboard will reflect "Day 1 of 21" again. There are no exceptions – this rule builds the discipline the challenge is designed for.

  7. Step 7: Reach Day 21

    Successfully track and complete all 6 tasks daily, marking each day complete, for 21 consecutive days without triggering a reset. After marking Day 21 complete, you've officially conquered the 21days Community Challenge!

    Upon completion, you'll receive a special achievement badge and recognition in the community!
