These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Panara Studios Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the 21days.community website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Service"). You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
The Service provides a platform designed specifically for users to participate in and track their progress for the "21days Community Challenge" – a demanding 21-day personal discipline program involving adherence to six specific daily tasks. The Service includes user registration, a one-time payment for access, tools for daily task tracking, and mechanisms enforcing the challenge rules, most notably the "Zero Compromise" reset rule (requiring a restart from Day 1 if any daily task is missed).
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Service. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access to the challenge tracking features of the Service requires a one-time payment of [$21 USD] (or the amount specified on the Service at the time of purchase). This fee is processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Service (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE CHALLENGE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service without notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account by discontinuing use of the Service.
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall take place in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, and shall be conducted in English.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms.
